RN - Urgent Care New

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse-Urgent Care at Dumfries Ambulatory Care Center in Dumfries, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient environment (Clinic hours M-F 7AM-8PM and Saturdays 7AM-2PM)
• 36-39 hours weekly, must be available on some Saturdays
• Flexible schedule | Emphasis on work-life balance 
• Opportunity to provide care for our military population

Responsibilities:

• Assist with triaging, providing direct patient care, and assisting in clinic procedures 
• Provides telephonic communication between healthcare provides and patients
• Screens and administers immunizations 

Requirements:

• Registered Nursing degree and current license; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years; preferred 5 years clinical nursing experience involving high levels of direct interaction with patients preferably in a military primary care setting
• Prior RESPECT-Mil or care facilitation work experience preferred, not required
• Advice nursing, nurse educator and/or telephonic experience preferred
